1. When will I receive my order?

You can receive your orders within 2 business days. (All items are carefully inspected, hand-packed and sent within 12 hours.)

2. Can I order 'Sold out' items?

Most of our items are made to order. If the item you want to order is currently 'sold out', you can pre-order through our website. We will ship it to you within 7-10 days.

3. What is your return policy? 

All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date to the address below. We do not pay for return shipping and if we don't receive it, we are not responsible for it and unfortunately will not be able to issue you a refund-- so we recommend obtaining a tracking number and/or receipt. When returning, please include a note with your order number and state whether you'd like a refund/exchange/etc. to this address:

4. Return Requirements?

All tags must be attached and returned in the original packaging and condition. *We will not accept items without an attached tag.

6. Do you do custom orders?

7. Do you have international shipping?

We do not ship internationally and only ship to the U.S. at the moment.
